ABOUT 5FOLD

OUR MISSION
Building pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, ownership and thriving for marginalized and excluded communities in King County and Pierce County.
At 5FOLD Philanthropy, we are dedicated to creating a world where opportunity and prosperity are accessible to all. Rooted in our mission to build pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, ownership, and thriving, we focus on empowering under-represented and excluded communities in King and Pierce counties.
OUR CURRENT INITIATIVES
5FOLD Philanthropy is actively developing two transformative initiatives to uplift marginalized and underrepresented communities.
The WHoA Fund (Workforce Housing Accelerator Fund) empowers community members to achieve homeownership by addressing one of the most significant barriers: affordability. By partnering with future homeowners to separate the cost of land from the cost of the structure, the WHoA Fund ensures lower ownership costs and perpetual affordability, making homeownership a reality for more families.
The KEMA Workforce Development Project envisions an equitable and inclusive green economy workforce. Through partnerships with workforce development programs and employers, KEMA bridges the gap between job training and placement services. This initiative creates pathways for underrepresented individuals to access opportunities in the growing clean energy sector, driving both economic mobility and environmental sustainability.
Together, these projects reflect 5FOLD Philanthropy’s commitment to building stronger, more equitable communities and fostering long-term opportunities for all.
